Best Part of Spring

 

I love spring.

I'm busy waiting for that green grass, but I also need to get some chores done.

Like raking.

 

 

Hey Ma? A little to the left, please. Thank you.

See? I told you I love raking.



Just Waiting

I'm going to stand RIGHT here and wait for the grass in my pasture to be green!

 

 

 

I hope someone brings me a carrot.

I'm getting hungry waiting!

Smiling Again!

 

I even smile in my sleep! Look closely, you will see!

You know, horses only lie down to sleep for a few MINUTES

per day. The rest of the time we sleep standing up.

And that's exhausting!

 

 

Do you know what I'm thinking about that makes me smile?

Tasty green grass in my pasture!

Is it Spring yet? Why isn't the grass here?

Sunshine Naps

One of my FAVORITE things to do is take a nap in the sun!

Of course, Ma caught me at it and took my picture.

 

 

Napping in the sun makes me very, very happy.
